Is it safe to leave LED strips working 24/7 (not on full brightness)?

If you’ve been on the hunt for a way to make your room more lively and vibrant, you may have found some LED lights. But is it safe to leave them on 24/7?

The safety of these lights is questionable, as they emit blue light that can disrupt your circadian rhythm and maybe even damage your retinas. There is currently no consensus on this question. However, if you're not using the LEDs at full brightness, they may be safe to leave on all day.

Led strips are a great and inexpensive way to add lighting and design to any space. However, they need to be taken care of in order to get the most out of them.

LED strips are traditionally installed at the top of the ceilings or in the ground, with a lot of them being used in offices. LEDs are energy-efficient, but they also emit light late into the day and early into the night, which can be harmful to our natural sleep cycle if they are left working 24/7.

What makes LED strips unsafe is when they are used at full brightness all day long. The best way to ensure that LED lighting is safe is by turning it off when you leave your office for your break or before you leave work for the day.

The answer to this question is yes because it can be harmful to our natural sleep cycle if they are left working 24/7 with many LED lights being installed in offices.
